Building a yard is one job. Keeping it right is a different one, and it never really ends. This is the recurring side of Paul's Landscape Services: the visits, the trims, the checks and the repairs that keep a property looking the way it did the week it was finished.
Two services sit under here. Landscape Maintenance is the regular visit. Sprinkler Repair is what happens when part of the watering system stops doing its job. Most customers use both, because the person mowing is the person best placed to spot a head that is broken.

Landscape Maintenance: The Regular Visit
Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulch, debris clearing, and a run through the irrigation zone by zone on every visit. That last one saves more money than everything else combined, because your system runs between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. under EMWD's rules and a leak can run all night without being seen.
It covers artificial turf yards too. Turf still needs brushing, rinsing and debris clearing, and Menifee code expects it kept free of weeds, debris, tears, holes and depressions.
Sprinkler Repair: When the Water Stops Behaving
Broken and sunken heads, split lines, leaking fittings, valves that will not shut off, dead zones, controller faults, and spray soaking the driveway. EMWD requires leaks to be repaired within 48 hours, and the City of Menifee's landscape standards do not permit overhead irrigation within 24 inches of a non-permeable surface.
We also convert tired spray zones over to drip, which puts the water at the root instead of over the path. In Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District's area there is a rebate of up to $0.25 per square foot for that conversion, on up to 2,000 square feet.
A Full Landscape Contractor, Not a Mow and Blow Outfit
Worth saying plainly. Paul is not a mowing crew with a trailer. He holds California contractor license 840163, issued 06/07/2004, classification C-27 Landscaping, bonded through Western Surety at $25,000 with active workers comp. You can check it at cslb.ca.gov.
That changes what a regular visit is worth to you. When the crew finds a problem, the problem gets fixed by the same company, under the same license, with no second contractor to find:

What is under lawn care service?

Are you just a mowing service?
No. Paul is a licensed landscape contractor, license 840163, C-27 Landscaping since 2004, bonded and insured. He builds whole yards, so anything found on a maintenance visit can be fixed by the same company.
Do you look after artificial turf lawns?
Yes. Turf needs brushing where it flattens, debris clearing, rinsing down in pet areas and the edges kept weed free. Menifee code expects artificial turf kept free of weeds, debris, tears, holes and depressions.
Will you check my sprinklers on a regular visit?
Every visit, zone by zone, in daylight. It is the single biggest saving available on a water bill, because your system runs overnight under EMWD's 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. rule and nobody is awake to see a leak.
