That is the honest boundary. Not the whole state, not half of Southern California, just the valley we actually work in every week.
Inside it, the work does not change but the ground and the rules do. Different water districts, different soils, different associations, different flood problems. Eight services, and they are all ours. Nobody gets subcontracted the half of the job we do not feel like doing.

What areas do you cover?
In Paul's words: "We service the Inland Valley Region. The areas along the 15 and 215 freeways. We are located in the City of Menifee, California." In practice that means Menifee and its communities of Sun City, Romoland and Quail Valley, plus Winchester, Perris, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta and Temecula. If your street is near the edge of that, just call and ask.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, residential or commercial. We come and look at the yard, because pricing a landscape job off a phone call is how people end up with surprises.
Do you only do artificial turf?
No. Artificial turf is the lead service, but Paul is a full landscape contractor. Sod, sprinklers, drip irrigation, drainage, planting, full renovations and ongoing maintenance are all in house. We do more than just turf, we handle the entire project.
Does the water rebate work the same in every town?
No, and this is worth checking before you plan anything. The Metropolitan base is $2.00 per square foot on up to 5,000 square feet a year. Eastern Municipal brings it to a total of $5 per square foot. Western Municipal adds $3 per square foot on the first 1,000 residential square feet. Elsinore Valley pays $2.25 per square foot plus up to $0.25 for sprinkler to drip. Rancho California has no adder published. All are first come, first served and subject to funding.
Can I get a rebate for artificial turf?
No, not in any of these districts. The program states "Please note, synthetic turf is not an approved conversion option for this program", and the eligibility rules say "No synthetic turf is allowed" and that the project must not include any live turf or turf looking grasses. The rebate is for live, low water planting, with at least three plants per every 100 square feet and a minimum of 250 square feet removed.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. California contractor license 840163, issued 06/07/2004, classifications C-27 Landscaping, C-61/D06 and C-61/D12. Bonded with Western Surety for $25,000 and workers comp active. You can check all of it yourself at cslb.ca.gov.
